We ask for consent only in the three cases below — under Art. 3 and 5/1 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Each consent is separate, voluntary and specific. Declining any of them does not affect property selection or service.
Selections and news
I agree to receive property selections, news and offers from OneHome via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, e-mail and phone. For SMS, calls and e-mail, consent is registered in İYS — the system for managing permissions for commercial communications (Law No. 6563).
Transfers of data abroad
I agree to a one-off transfer of my name, contact details, request details and transaction documents to developers, partners and banks in Georgia and Thailand for the selection and purchase of property. I have been informed that there may be no adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Art. 9 KVKK for these countries and that the level of data protection there may be lower than in Turkey.

Write to one.home.ak@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, unsubscribe via the link in a message or through İYS, or change your choice in the cookie banner. Withdrawal applies to the future and does not affect processing carried out before it.
